PPura Organic Corn Rice Lasagne, gluten-free
The pasta plates are made only from rice and corn flour and do not need to be pre-cooked. They taste mild and "al dente". Now you just have to decide on a sauce...
The two founders of PPura have internalised one thing since early childhood: cooking means "amore". Since there is usually so little of it in industrially processed food, they came up with the idea of making pasta and sauces the way Italians know them from home. In order to be absolutely sure that the products taste like "homemade by mamma", each creation is first tasted in the parental kitchens. Without the "va bene" of the two mammas, no product comes onto the market. Cemal and Maurizio are cousins. PPura owes its name to the individual enthusiasm of the two: Cemal's passion for good food and Maurizio's meticulous perfectionism. One "P" of PPura comes from Passione = passion and the other from Perfezione = perfection. PPura uses no flavourings, fillers or additives. Why? Because it is more natural and tastes better. All pastas, pestos, oils and sauces from PPura are gently and lovingly made in Italy.
