Pizzolato Organic Aperitivo Spritz, non-alcoholic. Inspired by the Venetian classic, this non-alcoholic creation combines the powerful aroma of sun-ripened oranges with the delicate characteristics of dealcoholized white wines. A hint of rhubarb adds depth and sophistication to the composition. The base is a finely balanced blend of dealcoholized wine, grape must, water, and natural flavors. On the palate, an intense interplay of citrus-fresh bitterness, ripe orange zest and the typical, slightly tart nuance of rhubarb unfolds.
