Pilze Wohlrab Organic Dried Porcini Mushrooms. The dried mushrooms in pieces can be easily prepared and can be processed like fresh mushrooms. Porcini mushrooms are popular thanks to their special aroma. They can refine soups, sauces and casseroles.
Preparation:
  1. Put dried mushrooms in a bowl.
  2. Cover with 100° C hot water.
  3. Let the mushrooms soak for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Strain soaked mushrooms.
  5. Filter mushroom stock through a fine kitchen paper.
  6. Process soaked mushrooms just like fresh mushrooms.

Tip from the manufacturer: You can use the mushroom stock for soups and sauces or you can fill it in an ice cube mold and freeze it. This way you always have a spicy mushroom base ready. Please thoroughly heat mushrooms and mushroom stock during preparation. Not suitable for raw consumption!
