When things need to be done quickly, a ready-made stock from the jar is worth its weight in gold. We use it for soups, sauces or other dishes. Season it appropriately, add a few fresh herbs, and it tastes really good.

Wenn es mal schnell gehen soll, ist so ein fertiger Fond aus dem Glas gold wert. Wir verwenden ihn für Suppen, Soßen oder oder. Noch angemessen würzen, paar frische Kräuter dazu, dann schmeckts richtig gut.

Actually a good chicken stock, but I find it a bit too intense. So you have to be a bit careful with it. Once you get the hang of it, it makes for the very best sauces. I will order it again.

Eigentlich ein guter Hühnerfond, doch finde ich ihn ein bisschen zu intensiv. Man sollte also etwas sorgsam damit umgehen. Wenn man den Dreh raus hat, sorgt er für allerbeste Soßen. Ich werde ihn wieder bestellen.
