Bruderhahn - Haltung unterstütze ich (durch Eierkauf), daß es auch Wurst gibt, finde ich prima. Schmeckt auch, Konsistenz ist angenehm, könnte aber mehr Gewürze vertragen!

: Review date:You should definitely buy this Bruderhahn meat sausage (from a dual-purpose chicken) once in a while, because you are making a contribution to ending the senseless killing of the Bruderhahn chicks that result from "normal" egg production. I have been buying Bruderherz eggs from a dual-purpose chicken in my local organic shop for quite some time now. But it is not only the ethical aspect that has convinced me. The meat sausage also tastes very good to us.
Diese Bruderhahn-Fleischwurst (von einem Zweinutzungshuhn) sollte man auf jeden Fall einmal kaufen, weil man damit einen Beitrag leistet, um die sinnlose Tötung der Bruderhahn-Küken, die bei der "normalen" Eierproduktion anfallen, zu beenden. Im Bioladen vor Ort kaufe ich schon seit längerem Bruderherz-Eier von einem Zweinutzungshuhn. Aber nicht nur der ethische Aspekt hat mich überzeugt. Die Fleischwurst schmeckt uns auch sehr gut.
