Pfefferdieb Organic Turmeric, ground. Powerful yellow with lots of flavour. Turmeric has an odour reminiscent of curry and tastes sweet with a tart note at the beginning and ends with an earthy, woody finish. The powerful ochre yellow (natural colouring agent curcumin) gives every dish an appealing colour. This typical Indian spice goes great with rice dishes, stews, lentils and aubergines, spinach, chicken and fish.
