Panifactum Organic Lower Carb¹ Bread Baking Mix The Strong One. The basis is formed by finely ground sunflower seeds, which give the bread its strong, hearty flavour. It is complemented by other carefully selected ingredients to create a bread without cereals, yeast or soya. Only eggs, quark and water are required for mixing. Makes 1 loaf of approx. 450 g, which can also be frozen as required.
¹ Carbohydrate content reduced compared to conventional mixed bread.

You also add: 2 eggs, 200 g quark (20% fat), 100 ml water
For a loaf of bread, place the mixture in a bowl, add 100 ml cold water, 2 eggs and 200 g quark (20% fat). Mix with your hands and leave the dough to stand for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan or top/bottom heat. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Shape the dough into a ball with wet hands and then into an oval shape. Place on the baking tray and bake at 180 °C for 70-80 minutes.
