But as far as the taste of the mackerel fillets is concerned, it is rather average. But since it is not worse than the one from the supermarket, I will continue to buy this one from Pan do Mar. This way, you can at least make a small contribution to sustainability.
Was die Fangmethode betrifft und wenn man dem Glauben schenken darf, bin ich begeistert und gern bereit, etwas mehr zu bezahlen. Doch was den Geschmack der Makrelenfilets angeht, ist er eher Durchnitt. Da er aber auch nicht schlechter ist als der aus dem Supermarkt, werde ich wieterhin diesen von Pan do Mar kaufen. So kann man wenigstens ein kleinen Teil zum Thema Nachhaltigkeit beitragen.

: Review date:Anyone who likes to eat fish will have eaten mackerel fillets more often and will certainly have noticed great differences in taste. At least that's how it was for me. These mackerel fillets are by far the best I have ever eaten. That's why I'm happy to recommend them to anyone. In the past, I only ate mackerel from time to time. Since I discovered these fillets at Violey, I eat them several times a week. They just taste like mackerel. What's more, they are pickled in olive oil, which I also enjoy. My family has also been telling me more often lately that these fillets taste better than other mackerel I used to buy.
Wer gerne Fisch isst, wird schon häufiger Makrelenfilets gegessen haben und hat dabei sicher schon große Geschmacksunterschiede festgestellt. Zumindest ging es mir so. Diese Makrelenfilets sind mit Abstand die besten, die ich jemals gegessen habe. Deswegen empfehle ich sie jedem sehr gerne weiter. Früher aß ich nur ab und zu Makrele. Seit ich diese Filets bei Violey entdeckt habe, esse ich sie mehrmals pro Woche. Sie schmecken nur nach Makrele. Zudem sind sie in Olivenöl eingelegt, das ich ebenfalls gerne genieße. Auch meine Familie meinte in der letzten Zeit häufiger zu mir, dass diese Filets besser schmecken als andere Makrelen, die ich früher kaufte.
