The preparation is very quick and easy and incredibly versatile. You can boil up the porridge or simply dash it with boiling water, stir it up and let it expand for a little while. Enjoy MorgenStund’ with different types of fruit, nuts, dried fruit, AlkaLife (WurzelKraft), cream, soya-,rice- or almond milk.
MorgenStund can even be enjoyed as snack or light dinner. Instead of water you can prepare or refine MorgenStund’ with cream, soya-, rice- or almond milk. The added sunflower or pumpkin seeds can be roasted. If desired, you can add lin seed or psyllium seed to MorgenStund’. Please ensure you drink sufficient water. Artificial sweeteners are not needed for the recipes with MorgenStund’. Convince yourself of the delicious and natural taste. However if you wish to sweeten the porridge, use maple syrup, honey or agave syrup.

Apart from taste, however, this mixture is also good for the wallet, because Morgen Stund is disproportionately expensive, the price in no way corresponding to the ingredients. I'm just being a bit unreasonable here and currently afford myself this luxury because it's so delicious for me.
Mir schmeckt Morgen Stund gut - am besten lange gequollen und dadurch schön locker in einer Mischung mit Haferflocken. Außer Gründen des Geschmacks dient diese Mischung allerdings auch dem Geldbeutel, denn Morgen Stund ist unverhältnismäßig teuer, der Preis den Zutaten in keiner Weise entsprechend. Hier bin ich einfach ein bisschen unvernünftig und leiste mir momentan diesen Luxus, weil es für mich so lecker ist.
