P. Jentschura Alka Wear Inside Shirt, Size 2 for the Alkaline Coat. Sweating and hot flashes during the night or early morning are unpleasant. The Alkaline Coat absorb the sweat perfectly.
Die Innenhemden sowie Außenmäntel sind in 4 Größen erhältlich. Für die Bestimmung der passenden Größe nehmen Sie bitte ein Maßband, und messen Sie Ihren Bauch- oder Ihren Hüftumfang, je nachdem welcher von beiden größer ist. Der größere Umfang entscheidet über die Größe, die Sie bei dem BasischenMantel benötigen.

Größe 2:
Für einen Umfang vom 101–110 cm
Größe 3:
Für einen Umfang von 111– 125 cm

Application:

Add a teaspoon AlkaBaths bath salt in about ½ liter of warm water and dissolve well. Fill it in a spray bottle.
Spray on the Inside Shirt and put it on. When you like the Inside Shirt wetter please place it completely in the produced water. Wring it out completely. Put on the shirt with more moisture and wear The Outside Coat over it. Can be worn all night or for a few hours.

Additional Information:

Wash with color detergent at max. Wash 60 C in the washing machine. After washing, the Inside Shirt and the Outside Coat should be pulled in shape a little bit.
Iif necessary iron on the cotton setting. They can be dried in the dryer at low temperatures.
Washing of the Outside Coat is not required after each use.
