Application:
Add a heaping teaspoon AlkaBaths, alkaline mineral body care salt, into 1/2 liter warm water and dissolve well. Insert the thin Inner Stockings until they are wet through and through. Wring the stockings tight until they no longer drip. Put on the moist Inner Stockings asn wear the dry Outside Stockings over it.

Additional Information:
Wash either by hand or washing at 30° C in washing machine. Do not spin the Outside Stockings in the machine.
