Sprinkle a teaspoon of Alka Bath in about 1/2 liter of very warm water and dissolve it well. The Breast Pillows do not have to be completely immersed in the alkaline solution, but can only be moistened on the skin side if necessary.

Application of individual wearing comfort:
1. Folded in the side of the breast.

3. Unfolded on the breast.
