For a circumference above the chest of 96-110 cm which corresponds to European size L. No sweat, no stress. The Alkaline ArmpitCushions absorb sweat and provide a safe occurrence in the office, leisure and sports. The cushions can be worn during the day underneath your clothes, or at night underneath your nightwear. The manufacturer recommends using the Alkaline ArmpitCushions dry during the day and lightly damp over night.
To ensure you get the correct size of the shoulder belt use a tape measure and measure your circumference above the chest.
Size 1: For a circumference above the chest of 70-80 cm; European size S
Size 2: For a circumference above the chest of 81-95 cm; European size M

Application:
Soak 2 armpit chushions in a solution of one level teaspoon of AlkaBath and about 0.25 litre of water, wring out thoroughly, attach both armpit cushions to the shoulder belt with the press buttons provided and put on.
