Otosan Nasal Spray Forte. Decongestant nasal spray made from a hypertonic solution (2.2%) of Breton seawater with natural ingredients: plant extracts of aloe vera and blackcurrant; essential oils of mountain pine, Australian tea tree and lemon. Suitable for children aged 12 and over.
