Onoff Organic Yellow Curry Paste. This Thai spice paste has a nice spicy flavour, but is somewhat milder than its red and green siblings. Combine it with meat, fish, vegetables or tofu for a wonderfully fragrant flavour experience.
Preparation:
- Bring 320 ml coconut cream to the boil.
- Add the contents of the packet and simmer until the flavours have dissolved.
- Add 300 g of fish, meat, tofu or vegetables and continue to simmer.
- Flavour with sugar and fish sauce.
