: Review date:I love lime/kaffir lime leaves and was delighted to discover them here at Violey. But that has never happened to me here either, that I have thrown away a product straight away. I wanted to decant the leaves into a brown jar and was horrified by the quality. There were diseased leaves (leaf spots, possibly fungal diseases?), some with dark residues such as small bugs or nests in rolled-up specimens, normal-sized but also fiddly little leaves. Simply unappetising and very different from what I know. What a pity.
Ich liebe Limetten-/Kaffirlimettenblätter und war erfreut, diese hier bei Violey zu entdecken. Aber das ist mir hier auch noch nicht passiert, dass ich ein Produkt direkt weggeworfen habe. Ich wollte die Blätter in ein Braunglas umfüllen und war entsetzt von der Qualität. Da wurden kranke Blätter (Blattflecken, evtl. Pilzkrankheiten?) getrocknet, teilweise mit dunklen Resten wie kleines Ungeziefer oder Nestern in eingerollten Exemplaren, normalgroße, aber auch friemelig kleine Blättchen. Einfach unappetitlich und ganz anders als ich kenne. Schade.
