: Review date:I tasted this rather expensive chocolate today and, to be honest, I am very disappointed. When you split the bar, you can see a small amount (24%, i.e. 17.50 g for a total weight of 70 g) of a dark beige filling with an indefinable flavour, which certainly doesn't taste of pistachios. Labelled as "pistachio paste", its composition is not explained in detail. In any case, I won't be buying them again, also in view of the high price.
Habe diese recht teure Schokolade heute verkostet und bin, ehrlich gesagt, sehr enttäuscht. Zu sehen ist beim Teilen der Tafel eine kleine Menge (24%, also bei 70 g Gesamtgewicht sind das 17,50 g) einer dunkelbeigen, geschmacklich undefinierbaren Füllung, die jedenfalls nicht nach Pistazien schmeckt. Angegeben als "Pistazienpaste" wird deren Zusammensetzung nicht näher erläutert. Ich werde sie jedenfalls, auch angesichts des hohen Preises, nicht mehr kaufen.

: Review date:As the size of the board on the photo might be estimated differently: it is a small gourmet board that is about 10 cm long. The bar is divided horizontally into 5 nicely punched pieces. Each chocolate piece has a separate pistachio cream filling, which is clearly visible when you cut a piece. My palate likes the creamy texture and aromatic taste from the combination of the unroasted cocoa, the sweetness of the coconut blossom and the nutty pistachio cream. Both when you read the ingredients and when it melts on your tongue, you realise that this is a special chocolate. You should take the time to enjoy each piece. Then it is worth the price.
Da man die Größe der Tafel auf dem Foto evtl. anders einschätzt: es handelt sich um eine kleine Gourmettafel, die etwa 10 cm lang ist. Die Tafel ist waagrecht in 5 hübsch bestanzte Stücke unterteilt. Jedes Schokoladenstück hat eine seperate Pistaziencremefüllung, die beim Zerteilen eines Stücks deutlich erkennbar ist. Meinem Gaumen gefällt die cremige Konsistenz und der aromatische Geschmack aus der Kombination des ungerösteten Kakaos, der Süße der Kokosblüte und der nussigen Pistaziencreme. Sowohl beim Lesen der Zutaten, als auch beim Zergehen auf der Zunge, merkt man, dass es sich um eine besondere Schokolade handelt. Für jedes Stück sollte man sich die Zeit nehmen es zu genießen. Dann ist es den Preis auch wert.
