Ölmühle Solling Organic Avocado Oil from the F. Freshly cold-pressed at the mill. This avocado oil has an intense green colour and is gently extracted from the pulp of fully ripe avocados. To do this, the ripe pulp is ground with sterile, cold water. The oil is then gently separated using a centrifuge. Avocado oil can be heated to high temperatures and is suitable for frying fish, meat and poultry. Also delicious in dips.
