Application:
Any preparation you like is the right one. The following is a suggestion to try out:
Approximately 4-5 heaped teaspoons (8-10 g) per litre. Allow boiling water to cool to 70-80 °C, infuse and leave to infuse for 1-3 minutes. Several infusions are possible.
