: Review date:Super tasty sausage from species-appropriate husbandry. I think the taste of the Ökoland Mettwurst is just great. And for its high quality, it is very cheap at Violey. The sausage is relatively coarse and has a great rustic taste. Very peppery. For me, it goes perfectly with a hearty snack. There is a thick layer of fat on the Mettwurst in the jar. It is better to remove this before eating and not to eat it, as it tastes very rancid and spoils the pleasure. However, the organic Mettwurst itself is highly recommended and tastes much better than the jars from the supermarket.
Super leckere Wurst aus artgerechter Haltung. Die Mettwurst von Ökoland finde ich geschmacklich einfach spitze. Und für ihre hohe Qualität ist sie bei Violey sehr günstig. Die Wurst ist relativ grob gehalten und hat einen tollen rustikalen Geschmack. Sehr pfeffrig. Für mich passt sie perfekt zu einer deftigen Brotzeit. In dem Glas befindet sich auf der Mettwurst eine dicke Fettschicht. Diese sollte man vor dem Verzehr lieber entfernen und nicht mitessen, da dieses sehr ranzig schmeckt und einem den Genuss verdirbt. Die Bio Mettwurst selbst ist aber sehr zu empfehlen und schmeckt viel besser als die Gläser aus dem Supermarkt.
