: Review date:The ham sausage from Ökoland is really delicious. It consists of beef and pork and is spicy. Only natural ingredients are mixed into the meat and you can taste that. The ingredients from organic farming, as well as the high-quality feeding and rearing of the animals is very much reflected in the taste. Ever since I noticed how big the difference is compared to mass production, I would never go back to cheap meat from the discounter. The ham sausage is a real treat. Unfortunately, the pack is very small and is always empty far too quickly. I would therefore be very happy to receive a larger pack.
Die Schinkenwurst von Ökoland ist wirklich delikat. Sie besteht aus Rind- und Schweinefleisch und ist pikant gewürzt. Dem Fleisch sind ausschließlich natürliche Zutaten untergemischt und das kann man auch schmecken. Die Zutaten aus biologischem Anbau, sowie die qualitativ hochwertige Fütterung und Aufzucht der Tiere spiegelt sich sehr im Geschmack wieder. Seitdem ich gemerkt habe, wie groß dabei der Unterschied zur Massenproduktion ist, würde ich nie wieder auf Billigfleisch aus dem Discounter zurückgreifen. Die Schinkenwurst ist ein echter Genuss. Leider ist die Packung sehr klein und immer viel zu schnell leer. Über eine größere Abpackung würde ich mich daher sehr freuen.

Die kleinen Dosen lassen sich ganz leicht mitnehmen und bieten sich an, unterwegs bei einem Ausflug oder auf der Arbeit zu verzehren. Erst neulich waren wir im Urlaub und ich habe für die Fahrt einen Vorrat an kleinen Dosen eingepackt. Dies war mit Abstand die beste Idee, die ich jemals hatte, denn regelmäßig essen zu gehen, ist mir zu teuer. Zudem weiß ich nicht, was alles im Essen enthalten ist. Der Geschmack der Wurst ist sehr gut. Sie hat eine wunderbare Konsistenz, die man leicht verwenden kann.
