They are very nice and "soft" when cooked and therefore easy to digest. Sometimes you can also find chickpeas in shops where the chickpeas are still very firm. Not so suitable for me. I find the quality particularly good because these chickpeas always keep longer in the fridge after opening than the others I have bought. I never use the whole jar at once. Sind sehr schön "weich" gekocht und dadurch gut zu verdauen. Manchmal findet man auch Exemplare im Handel, wo die Kichererbsen noch sehr fest sind. Für mich nicht so gut geeignet. Ich finde die Qualität besonders, weil diese Kichererbsen bei mir immer länger halten im Kühlschrank nach dem Öffnen als die anderen, die ich sonst gekauft hatte. Ich verbrauche nie das ganze Glas auf einmal. Wenn ich es nicht vergessse, bestelle ich eigentlich nur noch diese...
