The cherry stone bag is heated in the oven, preheated at max. 110°C for a maximum of 15 minutes. If less warmth is required place on a radiator. After heating up, the cherry pit bag is placed on the part of the body in need of warmth. If cooled down in the freezeing compartment the cherry pit bag can be used as a cold pillow also.

Please note that the cherry stone cushions initially have an inherent odour, which develops when heated. However, this odour disappears after a while.

You can already read in the warning that the cherry stones have an inherent odour, but that's nothing for me. The odour is already strong when not heated and I hope it will go away sooner or later.

In der Warnung kann man schon lesen, dass die Kirschkerne einen Eigengeruch haben, aber für mich ist das nichts. Der Geruch ist schon beim nicht-Erhitzen stark und ich hoffe der vergeht früher oder später.
