: Review date:My favourite pasta... with Bolognese, cream sauce etc. or just ketchup - always totally delicious (and you don't notice at all that it's pure wholemeal pasta, not even children ;-). )!
Meine allerliebsten Nudeln... mit Bolognese, Sahnesoße etc. oder einfach nur Ketchup - immer total lecker (und man merkt überhaupt nicht, dass es sich dabei um reine Vollkornnudeln handelt, auch Kinder nicht ;-) )!

: Review date:The spelt wholemeal spaghetti has a strong nutty flavour of its own and is therefore difficult to compare with wheat pasta. They have a rather dark brown colour and need to be cooked for eight minutes. That way they stay firm to the bite and keep their shape. I like them with all kinds of sauces, but my favourite dish is spelt spaghetti with walnut and gorgonzola sauce. Totally delicious! But I like the quality of the pasta even more, because it is made exclusively from spelt. This is grown in Swabia according to strict demeter guidelines. The entire product is also climate-neutral. I'm thrilled about that and can enjoy my pasta dishes with a clear conscience.
Die Dinkel Vollkorn Spaghetti haben einen kräftigen nussigen Eigengeschmack und sind daher schlecht mit Weizennudeln zu vergleichen. Sie haben eine eher dunkelbraune Farbe und müssen acht Minuten lang gekocht werden. So bleiben sie schön bissfest und behalten auch ihre Form. Mir schmecken sie zu sämtlichen Saucen sehr gut, mein Leibgericht sind aber Dinkelspaghetti mit Walnuss- Gorgonzola- Sauce. Voll lecker! Noch besser finde ich aber die Qualität der Nudeln, denn sie bestehen ausschließlich aus Dinkel. Dieser wird nach strengen demeter- Richtlinien in Schwaben angebaut. Dazu ist das gesamte Produkt auch noch klimaneutral. Das begeistert mich und ich kann meine Pastagerichte mit reinem Gewissen genießen.
