It's delicious. Quite normal. Not bland, but a little too little oil and salt. If you don't have any oil or salt at the place where you want to use the sauce (maybe as a snack on the way or something) then it could be very impractical. But I really wanted to try out my new Parmigiano Reggiano and my new cheese grater. If you want to eat Parmesan with it, the sauce MUST have a little too little salt and a little too little fat. Otherwise you would have to dilute it with tomato passata or something. So the sauce is adjusted to the classic parmesan users. That's all I can think of. Bad only so and on the way, practical for parmesan users ;)

Ist lecker. Ganz normal. Nicht fad, aber etwas zu wenig Öl und Salz drin. Hat man kein Öl oder Salz da an dem Ort wo man die Soße benutzen will (vielleicht als Wegzehrung bei einer Rast oder so) dann könnte das sehr unpraktisch sein. Ich wollte aber unbedingt meinen neuen Parmigiano Reggiano und meine neue Käsereibe dazu auszuprobieren. Will man noch Parmesan dazu essen dann MUSS die Soße etwas zuwenig Salz intus haben und etwas zuwenig Fett. Ansonsten müsste man sie verdünnen mit Tomatenpassata oder so etwas. Die Soße ist also eingestellt auf die klassischen Parmesanbenutzer. Mehr fällt mir dazu nicht ein. Schlecht nur so und unterwegs, praktisch für Parmesanbenutzer ;)
