: Review date:I don't think the noodles have such a strong flavour of their own. On the contrary, for spaghetti made from spelt flour, I think it tastes particularly subtle and elegant. The Naturata is not at all different from wheat pasta, in terms of taste it is simply excellent. The quality of the noodles is also excellent, just Demeter. But the consistency is also great, because the cooked pasta is not too soft, but still has a bite. Provided, of course, that you stick to the cooking time. I like them with all kinds of sauces and pestos. Spaghetti is one of my favourite pastas, even though it is not cheap.
Ich finde gar nicht, dass die Nudeln so einen starken Eigengeschmack haben. Ganz im Gegenteil, für Spaghetti aus Dinkelmehl schmecken sie, meiner Meinung nach, sogar besonders dezent und elegant. Die Naturata unterscheiden sich gar nicht stark von Weizennudeln, geschmacklich sind sie einfach hervorragend. Die Qualität der Nudeln ist ebenfalls bestens, Demeter halt. Aber auch die Konsistenz ist prima, denn die gekochten Pasta sind nicht zu weich, sondern haben immer noch Biss. Vorausgesetzt natürlich, man hält sich an die angegebene Kochzeit. Mir schmecken sie zu allen möglichen Saucen und Pestos. Die Spaghetti gehören damit zu meinen liebsten Nudeln, auch wenn sie nicht ganz billig sind.

: Review date:The spelt noodles didn't cause any jubilation in my family, because my husband and the children weren't exactly thrilled with my noodle experiment. I think you can eat them and the quality of the ingredients is top notch. What bothers me, however, is the intense taste of cereal. It somehow spoils even the most delicious sauces. I like it better when the noodle flavour is less dominant and the sauce comes out better. I prefer the normal wheat noodles. Besides, the 500 grams are quite expensive. It's not worth it with these noodles, there are much better ones.
Die Dinkel Nudeln haben in meiner Familie keine Jubelstürme ausgelöst, denn mein Mann und die Kinder waren nicht gerade begeistert von meinem Nudelexperiment. Ich finde, man kann sie schon essen und die Qualität der Zutaten ist auf höchstem Niveau. Was mich allerdings stört, ist der intensive Geschmack nach Getreide. Der verdirbt einem irgendwie auch die leckersten Saucen. Ich mag es lieber, wenn der Nudelgeschmack weniger dominant ist und dafür die Sauce besser zur Geltung kommen kann. Da sind mir die normalen Weizennudeln lieber. Außerdem sind die 500 Gramm ganz schön teuer. Das lohnt sich bei diesen Nudeln nicht, es gibt viel bessere.

But that is exactly what I like about this spaghetti. They are quick and easy to make al dente and go perfectly with any kind of sauce or pesto. A must for every store cupboard.
Sehr delikate Nudeln von Naturata. Die hellen Dinkel Spaghetti haben einen nussigen Geschmack, jedoch nicht so sehr ausgeprägt wie der herkömmlicher Dinkelnudeln. Das ist aber genau dass, was ich an diesen Spaghetti so mag. Sie sind schnell und unkompliziert al dente und passen perfekt zu jeder Art von Soße oder Pesto. Ein Muss für jeden Vorratsschrank.

: Review date:The spelt spaghetti from Naturata is simply the best. I generally like spelt pasta, but this one tastes especially good. The nutty spelt flavour is just right and goes perfectly with creamy sauces, such as 4 cheeses. We always order a stock from Violey right away because we have spelt spaghetti at least 2 times a week :-) Delicious pasta that I can only warmly recommend!
Die Dinkel Spaghetti von Naturata sind einfach die Besten. Ich mag generell Dinkelnudeln, aber diese schmecken mir besonders gut. Der nussige Dinkelschmack ist genau richtig ausgeprägt und passt perfekt zu cremigen Saucen, wie zum Beispiel 4 Käse. Wir bestellen immer gleich einen Vorrat bei Violey, weil es mindestens 2 mal in der Woche Dinkel Spaghetti gibt :-) Leckere Pasta, die ich nur wärmstens empfehlen kann!
