Great consistency and taste! The spelt flavour seems to be incorporated into the product and not as "out of place" as with many other spelt noodles. The relatively short cooking time also ensures a super "al dente" consistency, which I also expected for pasta at this price.

Toll in Konsistenz und Geschmack! Der Dinkel-Eigengeschmack wirkt hier in das Produkt eingearbeitet und nicht so "Fehl" am Platz, wie bei vielen anderen Dinkelnudeln. Die relativ kurze Kochzeit sorgt zudem für eine super "al dente"-Konsistenz, die ich bei Nudeln dieses Preises jedoch auch erwartet habe.

An absolute top product. The ribbon noodles are really high-quality pasta and the price is absolutely justified. I have rarely eaten such delicious spelt noodles. These have a mild but subtle flavour of their own. With a cooking time of just six minutes, they are also ready in record time, without becoming sloppy or sticking together into a single lump. They are filling for a long time and also very easy to digest. Personally, I also really like the fact that the tagliatelle are so nice and short. It may not look as pretty on the plate, but it's much easier to eat. Definitely order a pack from Violey.

Ein absolutes Spitzenprodukt. Die Bandnudeln sind echt super hochwertige Teigware und der Preis absolut gerechtfertigt. Selten habe ich so leckere Dinkelnudeln gegessen. Diese hier haben einen milden aber feinen Eigengeschmack. Mit einer Kochzeit von nur sechs Minuten sind sie dazu noch in Rekordzeit fertig, ohne schlabbrig zu werden oder zu einem einzigen Klumpen zu verkleben. Sie sind lange sättigend und auch sehr gut verträglich. Mir persönlich gefällt es zudem sehr gut, dass die Bandnudeln so schön kurz sind. Das sieht zwar auf dem Teller angerichtet nicht so hübsch aus, lässt sich aber viel leichter essen. Unbedingt mal eine Packung bei Violey bestellen.
