Unsere Familie bevorzugt allgemein eher Dinkel als Weizenprodukte. Erfreulich auch, dass hier keinerlei andere Zutaten gelistet werden (das kommt veganer Ernährung dann auch entgegen). Das Wichtigste allerdings: die Lasagne wird damit richtig lecker und auch die Verarbeitung läuft wie gewohnt. Fein!
