For every cup put 1-2 heaped teaspoons (10-15 g) of lupine coffee into a filter paper and add boiling water. You can sweeten the lupine coffee to taste or add milk or cream if desired.

: Review date:Fantastic coffee and my first choice for years. I appreciate this drink with a touch of cocoa powder and homemade oat milk. Who needs caffeine when you can have enjoyment at any time of day without the harmful effects of caffeine? Moreover, lupine coffee is at least metabolised in an acid-neutral way, so it can also be consumed as part of an alkaline diet. Organically grown, in good Naturata quality, full-bodied, rich and aromatic are my criteria. I searched long and hard for many different alternatives to coffee and ended up with this one.
Phantastischer Kaffee und meine erste Wahl seit Jahren. Ich schätze dieses Getränk mit einem Hauch Kakaopulver und selbstgemachter Hafermilch. Wer braucht Koffein, wenn er Genuß zu jeder Tageszeit ohne die schädigende Wirkung von Koffein haben kann? Zudem wird der Lupinenkaffee zumindest säureneutral verstoffwechselt, kann also auch im Rahmen von basischer Ernährung konsumiert werden. Ökologisch angebaut, in guter Naturata Qualität, vollmundig, reich und aromatisch sind meine Kriterien, ich habe lange und viele verschiedene Alternativen zu Kaffee gesucht und bin bei dieser hier hängengeblieben.

: Review date:I love this lupine coffee. It is very similar to the taste of coffee, yet without caffeine and does not burden the stomach or intestines. I drink it together with spelt milk, then it is nice and sweet. When you open the packet, it smells completely different from normal coffee, but that doesn't detract from the taste. It is very coarse-grained and I brew it with a hand coffee pot. I also let it brew for at least 10 minutes, then it is nice and strong.
Ich liebe diesen Lupinen Kaffee. Er ist dem Kaffeegeschmack sehr ähnlich und trotzdem ohne Koffein und belastet den Magen und auch den Darm nicht. Ich trinke ihn zusammen mit Dinkelmilch, dann ist er schön süß. Wenn man die Packung öffnet, riecht er natürlich komplett anders als ein normaler Kaffee, aber das tut dem Geschmack nichts ab. Er ist sehr grobkörnig und ich brühe ihn mit einer Handkaffeekanne auf. Auch lasse ich ihn mind. 10 Minuten ziehen, dann ist er schön kräftig.

Er riecht natürlich anders und auch der Geschmack ist anders, doch zusammen mit Milch entsteht bei mir ein zufriedenes "Kaffeegefühl". So sitze ich jetzt wieder ganz entspannt am Wochenende am Frühstückstisch ohne sehnsüchtig auf den Kaffee meines Mannes zu blicken.
