Naturata Organic Dried Apricots whole, stoned. Enjoy this dried fruits as a snack or as a addition to mueslis, biscuits, desserts, fruit loaf, smoothies, confectionery and salads. The apricots are harvested when ripe and left to pre-dry in the sun for approx. 3 days. Then they are stoned by hand and left for a further approx. 3-4 days in the sun to dry to the desired moisture level. Then they are sorted, washed and dried.
