: Review date:Since I am pretty sure that this product is of very good quality, I am rating ONLY the taste here. Personally, the taste of this vinegar is decidedly too sweet. The sweetness overpowers all other flavours of food and spices and simply stands out too much. Unfortunately, I can't recommend it as an all-round vinegar. In my opinion, a mild acidity should come through in a vinegar and no sugar flavour should dominate. Therefore, only 1 star from me for the taste!
Da ich mir ziemlich sicher bin, dass dieses Produkt von sehr guter Qualität ist, bewerte ich hier NUR den Geschmack. Geschmacklich ist dieser Essig mir persönlich entschieden zu süß. Die Süße überlagert alle anderen Aromen von Speisen und Gewürzen und sticht einfach zu stark hervor. Geschmacklich daher leider nicht als Allround-Essig zu empfehlen. Bei einem Essig sollte meines Erachtens eine milde Säure durchkommen und kein Zuckeraroma dominieren. Von daher von mir nur 1 Stern für den Geschmack !
