Naturata Organic Coconut Chips. As a snack or for adding to mueslis, biscuits, desserts, nut milk, confectionery and salads. The coconuts are harvested when ripe and freed of their green, woody husk. Then the remaining hard shell is broken and removed. The flesh is freshly grated into slices and dried at high temperatures.
