: Review date:Most of the time, you only find standard mustards in tubes, so I think it's great to get some variety out of the tube. Especially as a single consumer, you are happy about a small tube. The mustard has a fine balsamic aroma and is a nice change from other mustards, but I wasn't blown away by the taste. I don't find the colour as appetising as standard mustards, as it looks a bit pale and grey-brownish. I like to use the balsamic mustard for my salad dressing because it gives it the final touch.
Meistens findet man nur Standardsenfsorten in Tuben, deshalb finde ich es toll auch mal Abwechslung aus der Tube zu erhalten. Gerade als Alleinverbraucher freut man sich über eine kleine Tube. Der Senf hat ein feines Balsamico-Aroma und ist eine nette Abwechslung zu anderen Senfsorten, hat mich geschmacklich aber auch nicht umgehauen. Die Farbe finde ich auch nicht so appetitlich wie bei Standardsenf-Sorten, da diese etwas blass und grau-bräunlich wirkt. Ich verwende den Balsamico-Senf gerne für mein Salatdressing, da er diesem den letzten Schliff verpasst.

: Review date:What a brilliant taste! The balsamic vinegar gives the mild mustard a pleasant fruity note. The mustard is NOT sour, as I had feared at first. But it is probably the cane sugar that gives the mustard its mild and mellow taste.
