: Review date:Unfortunately, this dark chocolate, which is certainly very high quality, does not taste as good to us as other comparable types of dark chocolate. The combination of this type of chocolate with the bourbon vanilla is somehow incongruous to our taste. The Vivani chocolates with a comparable percentage of bitter substances therefore remain our favourite.
Leider schmeckt uns diese Bitterschokolade die bestimmt sehr hochwertig ist nicht so gut wie andere vergleichbare Sorten von Bitterschokolade. Die Kombination dieser Schokoladesorte mit der Bourbon Vanille ist nach unserem Geschmack irgendwie nicht stimmig. Die Vivani Schokoladen mit vergleichbaren Prozenten an Bitterstoffen bleibt für uns deshalb der Favorit.

: Review date:There is no danger of eating the whole bar in one sitting with this fine chocolate. It is too rich for that. The strong cocoa flavour should be enjoyed in small bites. If you are used to sweet and sticky milk chocolate, you won't like it. But nothing tastes as good with a cup of espresso as a piece of this dark delicacy.
Die Gefahr, die ganze Tafel auf einmal zu verputzen, besteht bei dieser edlen Schokolade wohl eher nicht. Dafür ist sie zu gehaltvoll. Das kräftige Kakao-Aroma will auch in kleinen Häppchen genossen werden. Wer süß-klebrige Vollmilchschoki gewöhnt ist, wird an ihr allerdings keine Freunde haben. Aber zu einer Tasse Espresso schmeckt nichts so gut wie ein Stück dieser dunklen Köstlichkeit.

It tastes interesting, you have to let it melt slowly on your tongue and enjoy it and be fully aware that it is pure cocoa without sugar. It was a one-time taste for me, which was worth it to satisfy my curiosity. I have settled on 75-85% for back-and-forth enjoyment. I wish everyone a good taste experience of their own !
Aus Neugier hatte ich die 100%ige Edelbitter bestellt. Sie schmeckt interessant, man muß sie langsam auf der Zunge zergehen lassen und genießen und sich vollbewußt sein, daß es der reine Kakao ist ohne Zucker. Es war für mich eine einmalige Probe, die sich gelohnt hat, um meine Neugier zu stillen. Für den Hin-und Wiedergenuß habe ich mich auf 75-85% eingependelt. Ich wünsche allen ein eigenes gutes Geschmackserlebnis !
