Meine absolute Lieblingsschokolade! Durch den hohen Kakaogehalt von 42% ist sie nicht so süß wie normale Vollmilchschokoladen, aber eben auch nicht so bitter wie eine Zartbitterschokolade! Einfach perfekt! Und der Rohrzucker schmeckt nicht aufdringlich raus, wie das bei manchen Bio-Schokoladen der Fall ist. Einfach so lecker, dass ich trotz des stolzen Preises nicht widerstehen kann!
