When it comes to salt, I have been avoiding refined, treated varieties for several years and use only natural salt from the Atlantic. It makes almost no difference in price, but it makes all the difference in quality. In the meantime, I have already tried all the usual organic brands. At the moment, I'm using the fine salt from Naturata. It has an excellent taste and is amazingly white. What's also fascinating is its excellent pourability. Although it does not contain any additives, it is surprisingly easy to use in the shaker. I have never experienced this with any other natural salt. Most of them always clump together quite quickly. That's why I can recommend Naturata salt. It is of very good quality.

Beim Thema Salz meide ich schon seit mehreren Jahren raffinierte, behandelte Sorten und verwende ausschließlich naturbelassenes Salz aus dem Atlantik. Das macht beim Preis fast keinen Unterschied, qualitativ dafür umso mehr. Mittlerweile habe ich schon alle gängigen Biomarken ausprobiert. Momentan verwende ich gerade das feine Salz von Naturata. Das hat einen ausgezeichneten Geschmack und ist erstaunlich weiß. Faszinierend ist zudem seine ausgezeichnete Rieselfähigkeit. Obwohl es keinerlei Hilfen enthält, lässt es sich erstaunlich gut im Streuer verwenden. Das habe ich bisher noch bei keinem anderen naturbelassenen Salz so erlebt. Die meisten verklumpen ja immer recht schnell. Daher kann ich das Salz von Naturata gut weiterempfehlen. Es ist von sehr guter Qualität.
