Natura Organic Vanilla Pudding is a gluten free dessert powder for 500 ml of milk. In addition, it is unsweetened and contains no dyes. Alternatively, the dessert powder can also be prepared with soy milk.

Remove 6 tbsp from 1/2 liter of milk, mix well with the contents of the bag and 2 tbsp. of sugar (approx. 40 g). Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, remove from the oven, add the mixed pudding powder and stir briefly. For serving fill the dessert in cold flushed serving dishes and cool. After a few hours the pudding can be turned upside down to serve.

Tip:
You can replace the sugar by other sweeteners, e.g. honey. Vegans can also prepare the pudding with 500 ml soy drink.
