Natura Organic Tapioca Starch. Fine starch for hot dishes. Tapioca from the cassava root is a fine starch that can be used as a substitute for potato or corn starch. Application:
To thicken 500 ml of liquid such as soups or sauces, dissolve 2 - 3 tsp (approx. 10 g) in a little cold liquid, stir into the already boiled mixture and bring to the boil again briefly while stirring.
