Application:
To thicken 100ml of liquid, dissolve 3 g (1 level tsp) arrowroot starch in a little cold water, stir in, bring slowly to the boil and simmer briefly. For breadcrumbs, mix 3 tbsp. arrowroot starch (approx. 20 g) with 2-3 tbsp. water.
