Application:
Preparation: stir the contents of the pack into 190 ml hot water and mix to a dough. Leave to swell for 10 minutes. Knead the dough well, form patties with moistened hands and fry in oil over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Tip: you can refine the frying mixture with small vegetable, onion or cheese cubes according to taste.
Frika Fix patties can also be easily prepared in the oven:
After swelling, add 2 tbsp. vegetable oil of your choice to the dough and bake the patties for 30 minutes at 180 °C, turning once towards the end.

: Review date:I've also tried something like this from 0 to self, which failed phenomenally. (and was more expensive!). You can't really go wrong with the mixture here. The end product is juicy but crispy little "balls" with a fine aromatic flavour, great colour and great nutritional values. I am always open to such innovations in vegan cuisine. Very good.
Hab sowas auch schon mal von 0 auf selbst probiert, das ist phänomenal fehlgeschlagen. (und war teurer!). Mit der Mischung hier kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Das Endprodukt sind saftige aber krosse, kleine "Bällchen" mit fein-aromatischer Würze, super Farbe und tollen Nährwerten. Für solche Innovationen in der veganen Küche bin ich gerne offen. Sehr gut.

Geformt haben wir sie leider (war das erste Mal) nicht so schön bekommen, wie auf der Packung, aber Übung macht den Meister! Geschmacklich wirklich sehr lecker, deftig, wunderbare Konsistenz. Eine der überzeugendsten Backmischungen für Bratlinge, die ich bisher probiert habe. Wird in unserem Vorratsschrank erstmal nicht mehr fehlen.
