: Review date:I mix the falafel according to the garnish and then form relatively small taler/chunks to add to vegetable pans or rice pans to give the whole thing a bit of crunch. Rarely have I found such a delicious ready-mixed version! It's also very easy to prepare, so anyone who is open to oriental cuisine should definitely try it. I would give it 10 stars if I could (also because of the great list of ingredients!).
Ich mische die Falafel nach Beilage an und forme dann relativ kleine Taler/Stückchen, um sie in Gemüsepfannen oder Reispfannen beizufügen, dass das Ganze ein bisschen Crunch bekommt. Selten eine so leckere Variante als Fertigmischung gefunden! Zubereitung auch kinderleicht, sollte sich jeder, der offen für orientalische Kulinarik ist, unbedingt mal ran wagen. Ich würde 10 Sterne vergeben, wenn es ginge (auch aufgrund der tollen Zutatenliste!).

Normalerweise greife ich aufgrund der vielen chemischen Konservierungs- und Aromastoffe nicht auf Fertigmischungen zurück. In dem Falafel Mix stecken allerdings nur natürliche Zutaten, Gewürze und Kräuter. Daher kein schlechtes Gewissen. Aufpassen sollte man jedoch, dass man die angegebene Flüssigkeitsmenge genau einhält, da die Falafelmasse ansonsten zu flüssig wird.
