: Review date:You really can't tell that this rock salt is natural and without additives. It is beautifully white, has a uniform grain size and does not clump too much even without anti-caking agents. It's wonderful for the salt shaker, in my opinion. And if it does get a bit lumpy or solid in the shaker, it comes off very well by shaking the shaker. You can also prevent the whole thing by not holding the shaker directly over the steaming pot when cooking, so that moisture doesn't get into the shaker in the first place. The price-performance ratio of this rock salt is really excellent.
Diesem Steinsalz sieht man wirklich nicht an, dass es naturbelassen und ohne Zusätze ist. Es ist schön weiß, hat eine gleichmäßige Korngröße und verklumpt auch ohne Rieselhilfen nicht allzu sehr. Eignet sich wunderbar für den Salzstreuer wie ich finde. Und wenn es doch mal etwas verklumpt oder fest wird im Streuer, löst es sich durch Schütteln des Streuers sehr gut. Man kann dem ganzen auch vorbeugen, indem man den Streuer beim Kochen nicht direkt über den dampfendem Topf hält, sodass gar nicht erst Feuchtigkeit in den Streuer gelangt. Preis-Leistung ist bei diesem Steinsalz wirklich spitze.
