Unfortunately, I didn't like this hollandaise. It has a totally different taste than the hollandaise I have always bought so far and which I would like to replace with an organic product without flavour enhancers. I'm afraid the search for a substitute won't be as easy as I thought. The preparation according to the instructions on the packet worked well, but you need milk instead of water and no butter. That was unusual for me. I always have butter in the house, but not necessarily milk. I like the packaging, cardboard and paper, in contrast to the aluminium-coated paper of my previous product.
I find it difficult to give points. Because I didn't like it and won't buy the product again, I should give it zero points. But because everything else is good ... hm ... I will give 3 points.

Diese Hollandaise hat mir leider nicht geschmeckt. Sie hat einen total anderen Geschmack als die Hollandaise, die ich bisher immer gekauft habe und die ich gerne durch ein Bio-Produkt ohne Geschmacksverstärker ersetzen würde. Ich befürchte, die Suche nach Ersatz wird nicht so einfach, wie ich gedacht hatte. Die Zubereitung nach den Angaben auf der Packung hat gut geklappt, man benötigt allerdings Milch anstatt Wasser, dafür keine Butter. Das war für mich ungewohnt. Butter habe ich immer im Haus, Milch nicht unbedingt. Die Verpackung finde ich gut, Karton und Papier, im Gegensatz zu alubeschichtetem Papier bei meinem bisher gekauften Produkt.
Mit der Punktevergabe tue ich mich schwer. Weil es mir nicht geschmeckt hat und ich das Produkt nicht wieder kaufen werde, sollte ich null Punkte geben. Weil aber alles andere gut ist ... hm ... ich werde 3 Punkte geben.
