Natur Compagnie Organic Express Wok Noodles Asia Style. The wok noodles are suitable for Asian wok dishes, traditional stir-fry vegetable or meat recipes, and can also be added to soups. No pre-boiling, ready in 3-4 minutes.
Basic recipe (2-3 serves)
Ingredients: 125 g wok Noodles, 250 ml warm water or stock, 300 g meat, 200 g vegetables, oil, salt, pepper, spices.

Heat oil in a wok and fry meat until ligthly browned. Remove meat from the wok and keep warm. Fry vegetables, season and finally add the water (or stock). Add Wok Noodles without pre-cooking and, stirring occasionally, allow them to simmer for 3-4 minutes until the noodles have absorbed the liquid. Return meat and mix thoroughly.

Very tasty noodles! I will buy them again!

I love to prepare Asian noodle pans for us in any variation. And these stir-fry noodles are perfect for that. I am very satisfied. The taste is neutral, as it should be, because that's what the freshly cut vegetables bring. They also cook quickly, as desired.

Sehr gern bereite ich für uns asiatische Nudelpfannen in jedweder Variation zu. Und diese Woknudeln eignen sich hervorragend dazu. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Der Geschmack ist neutral, so wie es sein soll, den das bringt ja das von mir frisch geschnittene Gemüse. Sind auch schnell gar, wie gewünscht.

I have made countless Asian vegetable noodle stir-fries with these noodles. They are simply fantastic! The liquid is absorbed without the noodles sticking too much. Taste-wise, they are exactly as they should be. The only thing I would wish for is a cardboard box as outer packaging! Unfortunately, the bad habit of packaging everything in plastic has become standard.

Mit diesen Nudeln habe ich schon unzählige asiatische Gemüse-Nudel-Wokpfannen zubereitet. Sie sind einfach fantastisch! Die Flüssigkeit wird aufgenommen, ohne dass die Nudeln zu stark kleben. Geschmacklich sind sie genau so, wie sie sein sollten. Ich würde mir lediglich einen Karton als Umverpackung wünschen! Leider ist die Unsitte, alles in Plastik zu verpacken, inzwischen Standard geworden.
