: Review date:My main concern here is the fact that normal broth from the supermarket often contains 100 different things that you have to study half an encyclopaedia to understand what is in it. NOT HERE! Here are only understandable ingredients, and not too many of them. I don't know if the powder dissolves perhaps a minimal bit less well, or if the lack of flavour enhancers really adds anything - I certainly don't notice it! Tastes normal (good!) and can also be processed normally. Absolutely perfect for my needs.
Mir gehts es hierbei vor allem um den Fakt, dass in normaler Brühe aus dem Supermarkt oft 100 verschiedene Dinge beigemischt sind, bei denen man erstmal ein halbes Lexikon studieren muss, um zu verstehen, was da alles drin ist. HIER NICHT! Hier sind nur verständliche Zutaten, und davon auch nicht zu viele. Ich weiß nicht, ob sich das Pulver vielleicht ein minimales bisschen weniger gut löst, oder ob die fehlenden Geschmacksverstärker wirklich etwas beitragen - ich merke es jedenfalls nicht! Schmeckt normal (gut!) und lässt sich auch ganz normal verarbeiten. Für meine Bedürfnisse absolut perfekt.
