: Review date:According to my research, 100 ml, i.e. a good shot in 2-3 coffees in the morning, provides the body with enough omega-3 for the day. I usually tend to eat a low-fat diet, so I actually have problems getting my daily fat intake. It's super easy for me now, you don't really notice the taste of linseed oil. (at least not in coffee, I don't drink oat milk on its own). I think it's a really great product, clearly 5 stars!
100 ml, also ein guter Schuss in 2-3 Kaffees am Morgen, versorgen den Körper laut meiner Recherche mit genügend Omega-3 für den Tag. Ich esse sonst eher fettlos, habe also tatsächlich Probleme, auf meine Fettmenge pro Tag zu kommen. Fällt mir hiermit jetzt super leicht, geschmacklich merkt man vom Leinöl eigentlich nichts. (zumindest nicht im Kaffee, pur trinke ich die Hafermilch nicht). Finde ich ein ganz tolles Produkt, klar 5 Sterne!
