: Review date:For me, oat drinks are the perfect substitute for normal milk. Unfortunately, I find it quite difficult to find an alternative for cream, which is why I "have" to use cream more often. In any case, the Oat Cuisine is already very good for some dishes. It serves its purpose perfectly in cream soups or more liquid casseroles. The flavour is not as strong as in an oat drink, you hardly notice it in a finished dish. Actually, I can only recommend it.
Haferdrinks sind für mich der perfekte Ersatz für normale Milch. Eine Alternative für Sahne zu finden, fällt mir leider recht schwer, weshalb ich öfter mal noch Sahne benutzen "muss". Die Hafer Cuisine ist aber auf jeden Fall schon für einige Gerichte sehr gut zu gebrauchen. In Cremesuppen oder flüssigeren Aufläufen erfüllt sie ihren Zweck absolut perfekt. Der Eigengeschmack ist nicht so stark wie in einem Haferdrink, eher merkt man ihn in einem fertigen Gericht am Ende kaum noch. Eigentlich nur zu empfehlen.

Bisher bester Sahne-Ersatz, den wir gefunden haben, z.B. für Kartoffelgratin oder als Saucenbasis. Flockt nicht auf, für einen veganen Milchersatz schmeckt es nicht zu süß und hat keinen "penetranten" Eigengeschmack.

: Review date:Until now, we have used oat drink for muesli, in coffee and as a shake. Now we also use it in the kitchen for cooking. It works well! Better than we thought. It will probably take a little while to make the change, but it will be fine.
Bis jetzt hatten wir Haferdrink für's Müsli, im Kaffee und als Shake. Nun benutzen wir es auch in der Küche beim Kochen. Funktioniert gut! Besser als gedacht. Dauert wahrscheinlich noch ein bisschen mit der Umstellung aber wird schon.
