The soup is very creamy, brown in colour and contains lots of vegetable and soy protein pieces. The first visual impression was great. I haven't eaten meat goulash for many years, so I don't really know what it tastes like. In my opinion, it is very reminiscent of it. Maybe a little too much for me. The soup tasted very hearty and spicy. I can well imagine that it can be served to an omnivore without him noticing that the soup is vegan. It's not quite to my taste, but I think it will appeal to many flexitarians. I would order it again. With a piece of bread or baguette, it's a good quick meal.
Das moderne Dosendesign gefällt mir, weshalb ich mich entschieden hatte, diese Fertigsuppe mal auszuprobieren. Für den Fall, dass es mal schnell gehen muss. Die Suppe ist sehr sämig, von brauner Farbe und es sind sehr viele Gemüse- und Sojaeiweißstückchen enthalten. Der erste optische Eindruck war schon mal spitze. Ich habe schon viele Jahre kein Fleischgulasch mehr gegessen, weshalb ich gar nicht mehr so genau weiß wie das schmeckt. Nach meiner Einschätzung erinnert es sehr daran. Für mich vielleicht ein wenig zu sehr. Die Suppe hat sehr herzhaft und würzig geschmeckt. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass man sie einem Omnivoren servieren kann, ohne dass er merkt, dass die Suppe vegan ist. Meinen Geschmack trifft sie nicht ganz, aber ich denke, dass sie vielen Flexitariern zusagen wird. Ich würde sie mir auch wieder bestellen. Mit einem Stück Brot oder Baguette ein gutes schnelles Essen.
