This kind of spread is completely new to me. I had my reservations about the beans, which don't really go with it. But they are probably only in there for the binding, because the coconut flavour and the tonka bean is definitely so intense that this flavour is in the foreground. I have also used the spread for baking and mixed some of it into the muffin batter. In this form, the spread tasted almost better than on breakfast bread.

Diese Art von Aufstrich ist für mich komplett neu. Ich hatte schon meine Bedenken wegen der Bohnen, die für mich nicht so wirklich dazu passen. Aber die sind vermutlich nur wegen der Bindung drin, denn der Kokosgeschmack und die Tonkabohne ist auf jeden Fall so intensiv, dass dieser Geschmack im Vordergrund steht. Ich hab den Aufstrich auch schon zum Backen verwendet und etwas davon in den Muffinteig gemischt. In dieser Form hat mir der Aufstrich fast noch besser geschmeckt als auf dem Frühstücksbrot.
