: Review date:I had never tried beetroot soup with coconut milk before. As Kathrin E. described, I find the colour "amazing". The portion is enough for one person. I heated the soup briefly in the pot for about 4-5 minutes. I couldn't really taste the carrots and the pear.
Rote Beete Suppe mit Kokosmilch hatte ich vorher noch nicht probiert. Die Farbe finde ich wie schon von Kathrin E. beschrieben "Hammer". Die Portion reicht bei mir für eine Person. Ich habe die Suppe kurz für ca. 4-5 Minuten im Topf erwärmt. Die Karotten und die Birne konnte ich nicht so richtig herausschmecken.

Auf dem Teller brösele ich noch einen Feta darüber sowie rote Zwiebelringe. Ein wunderbares Essen, mit Zutaten, welche bei uns immer vorrätig sind. So ist es ausreichend für zwei Personen.

The soup is quite sweet, but the only dominant flavour is coconut. I don't think the soup will make it to be bought again by me. Nevertheless, I am glad to have tried it. The colour is all the rage!!!
Ich war erstaunt, als ich die Zutatenliste gelesen habe: Hier soll Birne drin sein? Also Birne habe ich beim besten Willen nicht herausgeschmeckt. Die Suppe ist schon recht süßlich, der einzige dominierende Geschmack ist jedoch Kokosnuss. Ich denke, die Suppe schafft es nicht, noch einmal von mir gekauft zu haben. Dennoch bin ich froh, sie probiert zu haben. Die Farbe ist allemal der Hammer!!!
